2. Services Description

Fit Fortune provides fitness coaching, training programs, nutrition guidance, and related digital products. Our Services include but are not limited to:

Coaching Programs: 6-Week Transformation, 90-Day Online Coaching, and Personal Training
Digital Programs: Ready-made training programs delivered via our app
Nutrition Guides: Meal plans and eating strategies in PDF format
Support Services: Coaching communication, progress tracking, and guidance

All Services are provided "as is" and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
Ensuring your account information remains current and accurate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment systems. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

4.3 Billing

For subscription or recurring payment programs, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can cancel recurring payments at any time by contacting us.

4.4 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or governmental charges related to your purchase.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Digital Products

For ready-made programs and digital products (PDFs and app-based programs), we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, all sales are final.

5.2 Coaching Programs

For coaching programs (6-Week Transformation, 90-Day Online Coaching, Personal Training), we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you follow the program as prescribed for 30 days and do not see measurable progress, you may request a refund or program adjustment.

5.3 Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

5.4 Non-Refundable Items

Partially completed coaching programs beyond the guarantee period
Bundle deals or discounted packages (unless all items qualify individually)
Third-party services or products purchased through our platform

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, programs, and intellectual property provided through our Services are owned by Fit Fortune or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.1 License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our programs and materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.

6.2 Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, or sell any programs or materials
Share your account credentials or access with others
Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our app
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission

7. Health and Medical Disclaimer

You assume all risks associated with participating in our programs
We are not liable for any injuries, health complications, or adverse effects resulting from your use of our Services

8. User Conduct

You agree to use our Services in a lawful and respectful manner. Prohibited conduct includes:

Harassing, abusing, or threatening coaches or other users
Posting false, misleading, or defamatory information
Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage our systems
Using automated tools to scrape or download content
Violating any applicable laws or regulations
Impersonating another person or entity
Engaging in fraudulent activities

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that engage in prohibited conduct without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fit Fortune and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Personal injury, illness, or death resulting from use of our Services

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fit Fortune and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, natural disasters, or government actions.
